All of us have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our priority is to keep you as safe as possible, and prior to opening the salon we have implemented a number of changes which we would like to make you aware of. The Face Therapist has completed the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention and Control course, accredited by VTCT, regulated by Ofqual. We have since implemented a number of changes in the way that we operate in order to keep staff, clients and members of the public safe.

Prior to your visit

If you or anyone within your household feel unwell or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please advise the studio as soon as possible. Do not attend your appointment.

 If staff feel unwell or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19, we will self-isolate immediately and not come into the clinic. This may result in your appointment being re-scheduled at short notice however safety is our primary concern.

During your visit

Please arrive at the studio wearing a face mask, this must be worn throughout the treatment. If you are visiting for a facial treatment, then the therapist will advise when your mask can be removed for the treatment. please note that your temperature will also be taken on arrival for your appointment and recorded on your treatment card.

When arriving at the clinic, we kindly ask that you use the sanitiser available to sanitise your hands.

For your safety and to maintain social distancing, we ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not arrive early for your appointment to allow the therapist to sanitise and disinfect in between clients.

Please arrive for your appointment on your own in order to minimise the amount of people in the clinic at a time.

The frequency of cleaning has been increased to make sure that common surfaces, door handles etc. are wiped clean using disinfectant in-between each client.

All tools and equipment will be disinfected or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturers’ instructions for your safety.  

Your therapist will be wearing the appropriate PPE.

You are welcome to bring a water bottle to your treatment, water is available on request.​

Rest assured all linens are rotated in-between each client and washed at 60 degrees in line with infection prevention protocol.

During your treatment

The utmost effort will be made to make your treatment as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns about your treatment, then please let your therapist know so that we can support with your query or concern.

After the treatment

Cash or bank transfer is accepted. If your preference is bank transfer, then please arrange payment prior to your treatment for ease of time between clients.

All of these procedures have been implemented for the safety of all concerned. We will continue to monitor government and NHS guidelines regarding safe practice and will amend them as appropriate.
